The ThinkPad Edge laptop has been selected by the VAR readers of Business Solutions Magazine as a best channel product for notebooks. The survey rated the laptop for functionality/features, durability/reliability, ease of integration, ease of upgrade and serviceability. Read the full story in August's issue.
This year’s CRN Partner Program Guide has recognized Lenovo as a Five-Star Partner. The Five-Star Partner Program rating recognizes the elite subset of Partner Program Guide vendors who give solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs. Companies are evaluated on their channel leadership, the percent of revenue derived through the channel, the percent of products and services sold through the channel, their investments in channel programs, and communications with partners. This year’s Partner Program guide focused on Sales Support, Partner Profitability, Partner Ecosystem Development/Management, Partner Communication/Marketing and Demand Generation.
Lenovo Tops TBR's Notebook Satisfaction Report

TBR has ranked Lenovo #1 in customer satisfaction for corporate notebooks in North America for 4Q 2009. The decision was based on Lenovo’s strengths in critical areas like hardware quality and reliability. Lenovo also demonstrated high levels of satisfaction in repair time and phone support.
